We recommend that you regularly back up the data of your projects, i.e. make backups / copies and store them on a separate data carrier. The current storage location of a project is displayed in the administrator, e.g.
Additionally it is recommended to save the specific data of the lexiCan server (user accounts, authorisations etc.). These are stored in the folder C:\ProgramData\lexiCan.
